CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – The rosters are set and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams are winding down the pre-season.

The regular season is still a couple of weeks away, so there's time for teams to implement their systems as it prepares for opening night.

The Guardian's Jason Malloy and the Cape Breton Post's Jeremy Fraser talk about the Charlottetown Islanders and Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, respectively, in the latest epsiode of QMJHL Talk.
