The 32nd annual Mark's Work Wearhouse Sherwood-Parkdale Early Bird AAA minor hockey tournament gets underway today at rinks in the Charlottetown area.

Play will continue through Sunday with games being played at Cody Banks Arena, MacLauchlan Arena and Simmons Sport Centre. The tournament, hosted by the Sherwood-Parkdale Rural Minor Hockey Association, will see 66 teams competing in nine divisions - novice boys, atom boys and girls, peewee boys and girls, bantam boys and girls and midget boys and girls. There are 19 teams entered from outside the province. The opening ceremonies are today at the Cody Banks Arena, beginning at 7 p.m. Tournament results and schedule are available online at www.sprmha.com.
