MONTAGUE, P.E.I. – The Central Attack’s three goals in the second period propelled the P.E.I. Bantam AAA Hockey League club to a 5-3 win over the Eastern Express on Wednesday in Montague.
Alex Graham (1-1), Landon MacDonald and John MacKinnon did the honours in the second frame. Josh Lund scored in the first period for the Attack, while Reid Vos (1-1) added a third-period score. Isaac Vos chipped in two assists.
Seth MacLeod scored twice for Eastern. Carson Lund netted the other Express marker.
A.J. Cooper earned the win over Caleb Drake.
The game was tied 1-1 after the first period. Central led 4-2 at the second intermission. Eastern went 2-for-5 on power play, while Central was 1-for-4 with the extra man.
