Attack doubles Warriors in bantam AAA hockey action

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Devon Howatt scored twice to lead the Central Attack to a 6-3 win Saturday over the Prince County Warriors in P.E.I. Bantam AAA Hockey League action.

Alex Graham and Noah Griffin each added a goal and an assist while Kyle Connell and Reid Vos also scored at Simmons Sport Centre.
Tanner MacLean added two assists while Hansen Younker and Jacob Squires each had one.
Connor Keough scored a goal and set the other two up for the Warriors. Kalib Snow and Austin Callaghan rounded out the scoring while Chandler DesRoches, Luke Payne and Kennedy Gallant added helpers.
Alex Condon recorded the win while Chad Arsenault was tagged with the loss.
The score was tied 2-2 after one period while the Attack led 5-3 going to the third.
The Mid-Isle Matrix defeated the Warriors 7-3 Friday in O’Leary.
Marc Richard scored twice and had an assist in the win while Landon Clow had a goal and an assist.
Joe MacEachern, Harrison James, Kayden MacLeod and Dixon Macleod also scored in the victory. Callum Pineau had two assists while Calvin MacWilliams, Jonah Arbing and Michael McQuaid all added one.
Alex Hutchinson had a goal and an assist to pace the Warriors.
Snow and Parker Gallant also scored while assists went to DesRoches, Callaghan, Frederick Morency and Zach Biggar.
Jonah Arbing recorded the win while Aiden Williams took the loss.
Mid-Isle held period leads of 2-1 and 5-3.
