Suddenly at the Souris Hospital with family by his side on Friday, July 20, 2018 of Gerard David Sheehan, aged 78 years, formerly of Rollo Bay, P.E. Beloved husband of Doris (nee MacDonald). Dear father to Karen Sheehan, Richard (Carolyn), Roger (Cindy), Glynn (Charity), and Gary (Mindy). Loving grandfather to Katelyn, Brittany, Madalyn, Owen, Avery, Mackenzie, Alivia, Ethan, and Nate. Survived by sisters Gertie Power, Peg MacInnis (Petie), Aggie Kelly, and Mary Peters (Wayne); brothers John (Betty), Danny (Donna), Aiden, and sister-in-law Viola Sheehan. Predeceased by parents Hugh and Agnes Sheehan; brothers Hughie (Margaret), Eddie (Nora), Frank, and Joe Sheehan, and sister Theresa Mallard (Albert). Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m., and Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. -10:15 a.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the St. Alexis church cemetery.
