Dolly Matthew

The death occurred at Andrews of Summerside, on Sunday, June 17, 2018, of Dolly Matthew, of Summerside, aged 98 years. Born in O’Leary, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Lucy (Glover) Matthew. Dolly was a former Deaconess of the Presbyterian Church and a retired school teacher. She is survived by her nephews Wayne (Nancy), William (Donna), Garth (Darlene); niece Sheila (Alan) Robinson; numerous grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews. Predeceased by her brothers Thomas (Gwendolyn), Uriah, Ralph and Reginald; a sister Mrs. Charles (Georgie) Erickson; an aunt Mrs. C.W. (Nettie) Rowe; niece Jean MacLennan; nephews Harry, Arthur, Wendell, Dale Matthew and by Charles “Jr.” Erickson. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside.
