Environment Canada today is predicting a mostly sunny day but with a biting west wind giving feel-like temperatures of -12 to -13C this morning.

For Wednesday, it looks like temperatures will soar upwards, before plunging again Wednesday night.

On P.E.I. today, early morning temperatures ranged from a high of -3.5 at East Point, to a low of -6.2 in Summerside.

The Confederation Bridge is open to all traffic today and flowing smoothly this morning.

All flights into and out of Charlottetown Airport are showing to be on time. 

WEATHER TODAY: 

    A mix of sun and cloud with a good chance of flurries early this morning.

    TEMPERATURE: Rising slowly but steadily to reach maybe 0 by supper time.

    WIND: West, gusting to 50.
