A Rollo Bay man who was shot in the leg after he allegedly assaulted an RCMP officer who was arresting him will be back in court next week in Georgetown.
Cory Russell Ward Levy, 34, is facing six charges, including three alleged breaches of undertakings since the Dec. 4 shooting.

Kings District RCMP responded to a complaint on Dec. 4 about a possible impaired driver in the Souris area.
During the incident an officer fired his service weapon and hit Levy who was taken to hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
He is also facing charges of assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and impaired driving.
Levy has been remanded into custody and will appear in provincial court in Georgetown on Jan. 18.
