Man jailed for public urination

A man was jailed early Sunday morning for public urination and falling through a door entry of a Charlottetown resident’s home.

The Charlottetown police received a complaint around 2:30 a.m. Sunday concerning an intoxicated man. The man was reported to be urinating in a yard on Harley Street and then proceeded to tumble through a door entry of a dwelling.

Police located the man and jailed him at the Provincial Correctional Centre. He received a $200 fine for public intoxication plus a $75 victims of crime surcharge.
