Lennox Island man sentenced for damaging police vehicle, causing disturbance

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. - Tyson Colin Sark, 28, of Lennox Island has pleaded guilty to one count of mischief for damaging a police vehicle and one count of causing a disturbance in a public place.

Both charges are from Oct. 14 in Lennox Island.

Sark received a suspended sentence, must serve 12 months of probation and pay $200 victim surcharge.
