Having just returned home to take up her duties as the artistic director for the Festival of Small Halls, MacLeod is delighted to be able to make one of her first formal performances to be in aid of the hospital foundation's QEH/Eastlink telethon, an event she has been a part of for many years.
Since the beginning of her career as a teenager, MacLeod has spent more than 15 years on the stages of P.E.I., across Canada, into the U.S., and as far abroad as Cuba and Japan, astounding audiences with her entertainingly unique and lively performances.
The afternoon of music and fun is open to all ages with admission by cash only at the door. There will be door prizes, a 50/50 draw, West Jet ticket raffle and a homemade lunch served at intermission. The series runs every second Sunday until May 7. The Assumption Parish Hall is located at 151 Stratford Rd., the big blue church in Stratford.
