Emerald Junction has released the second last pair of songs from its forthcoming debut, “Kickin It”. “The Bed You Made for Me” is a rockin' version of the Highway 101 country hit, with a powerful vocal performance by Anne Quinn and some instrumental work from Chris Gauthier on guitar and Keelin Wedge on fiddle. Ron Kelly provides backing vocals at various points in the tune.

“Take Me Back, December” is a solo written and performed by Kelly. It’s a gentle love song.

Both songs are available free for listening on both Soundcloud and the CBC Music streaming service.

The duo’s previous songs released included three Emerald Junction compositions and covers from Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn and The Rankins.

They include “Precious Child”, “Under Saskatchewan Skies”, “All's Fair”, “Borders and Time”, “If You're Not Gone Too Long” and “Say Forever You'll Be Mine”.

All songs are available free of charge on both Soundcloud and CBC Music.
