Blizzard on P.E.I.

Much of P.E.I. shut down on the weekend as a result of a blizzard that hit the province. RCMP warned Islanders to stay off the roads because of high winds were creating white outs and drifts. While most events were cancelled and stores were closed, some Islanders ventured out. The province decided to open Oak Tree liquor store for much of the weekend as well.
