Matej Beran and Alexis Pepin each scored twice to lead the P.E.I. Rocket to a 8-2 win over the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles Sunday at the Civic Centre. Jimmy Oligny, Josh Currie, Erik Robichaud and Louick Marcotte also scored. Ben Duffy had three assist, Tomas Pavelka and Troy Vance two while singles went to Oligny, Ryan Graves, Beran, Victor Provencher, Robichaud, Alex Micallef, Matt Bursey, Nathan Yetman and Currie. Michael Clark and Zachery Moody scored for the Screaming Eagles with assists to  Stephen Woodworth, Raphael Corriveau and Bryce Milson. Maxime Lagace made  saves for the win while David Honzik stopped 29 of 34 shots in the loss before being replaced by Alex Bureau, who stopped  The win improves the Rocket to 34-22-3 while Cape Breton falls to 12-39-3-5. The Rocket plays Gatineau Wednesday to start a stretch of five straight road games.

    Wow what a huge crowd, Unbelievable. Don't think to many will be sad to see them go.

    Wow what a crowd, 1,700. Unbelievable. Ya and people will not miss this team when they are gone.
