Elderly next to die in heartless system

It is becoming apparent that the prime minister, like his father, Pierre Trudeau, supports the destruction of unborn children. Pierre Trudeau, in 1969, removed abortion from the criminal code resulting in the deaths of over six million future Canadians. His son, Justin, now wants to further the decimation of unborn Canadians by setting up abortion clinics in rural and remote areas of Canada (also P.E.I.).

When a government endorses and actively promotes violence against unborn children, one wonders what their response will be to the Supreme Court’s decision to legalize euthanasia and doctor assisted suicide.

Legalization of euthanasia and assisted suicide will ultimately lead to the next most vulnerable members (elderly, handicapped, terminally ill) of our society becoming innocent victims of a cold and heartless system where doctors and/or health care professionals decide whether they are to live or die (read about Holland’s experience).

An interesting observation comes to mind: are the thousands of refugees now flooding into Canada really coming to a safer environment? There are no guns/bombs; the killing here is much more sophisticated and insidious. Maybe these newcomers will be the catalyst that will bring our country out of the culture of death to a society that respects and protects life in all its stages from conception to natural death.
