Veterans Affairs Minister Julian Fantino

Editor: How does the Veterans Affairs minister get to keep his job? He refuses to attend meetings, except when he can control the outcome. He doesn’t want to answer any questions and blames anybody who tries to help the veterans as interfering. And he continues to try and convince people that he knows best, even when both those receiving the service and the service providers make claims to the contrary.

Julian Fantino is acting like a bully and needs to be hauled in on the carpet by the Prime Minister and fired immediately. Our veterans deserve better than him as their supposed representative in cabinet, and those that are supporting him, like Gail Shea should be ashamed of both him and his behaviour.

Doug Ferguson,
