Editor: I recently attended the 1-3 p.m. walk-in clinic at Sherwood Medical Centre. The clinic was full and only took 20 patients.

After waiting for two hours, I finally got in only to find out that they start taking the doctor's own patients starting at 2:30 p.m. A number of patients did not have to register and were going in ahead of sick people that were there two hours earlier to register.

If these clinics are going to advertise clinics during certain hours, they need to adhere to walk-ins only. This is not acceptable.
