Yes because prohibition worked so well in the past! They need to have stiffer penalties. Every other place in the world has liquor stores and yet this is a PEI problem. Triple the fines! It's seems like money is the only thing that will hurt them because no one seems to be bothered if their licence is suspended.

if you close all the place where people can LEGALLY buy products, then unfortunately people will buy them ILLEGALLY. educating people about the negative effects of drinking and driving is working but a lot of people are still ignoring the message with the "ah, it's just a short distance, they'll never notice me" attitude

this government is two faced. one side says they want to stop drunk drivers and on the other side they open more stores so it is better so the drunks can get the booze get drunk and murder some innocent person on our roads. but i hear of more drivers under the age if 21 now tell me where are they buying the booze? maybe from there friends that works at the little corner stores? i think if wes could do it he would be opening the booze stores in high schools. the more booze sold the better profit. and we all know wes needs the money.
