The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued an allergy alert on some Ganong chocolates over undeclared egg products.

In an alert issued March 18, the agency said Ganong Delecto brand’s Seasonal Truffle Selection did not declare eggs in the list of ingredients.

The agency issued a class three recall, which means it’s a situation in which use of or exposure to the product is not likely to cause any adverse health consequences.

The recall affected 288-gram packages bearing the UPC 066600002127.
