Harley David Coleman, 21, pleaded guilty to several charges, including robbery, assaulting a police officer and being unlawfully at large

Prince Edward Island provincial court

An Island man who bit a police officer who was trying to arrest him after he threatened a taxi driver with a needle will be going to prison after he was sentenced Tuesday in provincial court.

Harley David Coleman, 21, pleaded guilty to several charges, including robbery, assaulting a police officer and being unlawfully at large.

He was sentenced to two years in prison, which means he will be serving time off-Island.

Coleman was charged in January after the police received a complaint that a man tried to steal an Xbox from a house on Turtle Lane.

He was also sentenced to serve three months for being unlawfully at large and one month for a breach of probation.

No, I am not family. I just have a problem with your judgmental attitude. People like you have never made the world a better place. You just sit back and judge others, only looking at life from your own simple experience. I am not saying he doesn't deserve to be punished for his crime. Not at all. He does. But for you to call a bunch of people "junkies" as if they are pieces of trash with no value, is repulsive to me. That is my motivation for telling you to move. Oh, and you don't pay for anything that I have. I have never relied on our social programs , not that there is anything wrong with that when one needs it. I guess that you probably have a problem with them too based on your comment about how you thought I lived. I am sure you didn't mean it in a positive way. See what I mean about judgemental?.
