Police investigating tool theft

City police are investigating an incident where a number of tools were stolen from a parked vehicle overnight this past weekend.

Police said they received a complaint Saturday morning regarding theft from a vehicle parked on Hillside Drive.

Items stolen included; a set of 50 Monarch oil burner nozzles, Imperial Eastman tube cutters, a red Grundfos circulating pump which was brand new in the box and a Stilson 18" rigid aluminum wrench.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the theft to contact them at (902) 629-4172 or P.E.I. Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
