Today's severe weather conditions are causing delivery problems for The Guardian.

On Friday the newspaper moved up its printing deadline in an attempt to get the paper published and distributed before weather conditions deteriorated. While that was successful in most cases, there are some problem areas in terms of delivery.

Management of The Guardian apologizes for the inconvenience.

I will always find it amazing that anyone in their right mind would risk life & limb to be out -not only in the middle of the night- but in a blizzard- so some people can basically read what is on TV and radio every minute of every hour of every day! The pay must be great but I doubt it...

Our paper was in the box early this morning. Someone told me it arrives around 4:30 am. Many thanks to the delivery man who rises this early to do his job. Much appreciated! Hope everyone got safely home from their early deliveries.

If you pay for a physical copy of the paper you should get an account to login and view a free web version of it either as a website or even just as a pdf file.

Davee: If you are a print subscriber you are entitled to a free "E-edition" of The Guardian, which is an exact electronic version of the whole paper. You need to call our business office (not open today) and get your subscription number and they will tell you how to get the E-edition.

We have one wonderful driver here in West Covehead. Paper was here when I was outside before 7:00 am. Great job.

Three cheers for our Guardian carrier who must have been ahead of the storm. Paper was in the mailbox as per usual very early this morning. Made for a happy Hubby. Hope they were all" off the roads before it got nasty and are safe and cozy at home. :)
