Police said the matter is still under investigation and are seeking the public's assistance in locating the second person involved or anyone who may have seen the two individuals in the Stratford area Friday morning.

One of the suspects was described as a six feet tall average built male with dark hair. The individual was clean shaven and wearing a tan coat and hoodie with dark jeans and sneakers.

Very confusing news reporting ! The reporter obviously has never read or used the CP handbook.I thought both individuals were arrested at the Southport Motel break-in. Then why are they describing suspects when they are already in custody and if they have the two suspects in custody why are they still looking for one of them.EXTREMELY confusing ! But that is typical.

In the 1950/60s there were street brawls spilling out from every club and dance hall on PEI onFriday and Saturday night. Every street and rural district had a bootlegger with a kitchen full of drunks. Violence was pervasive. Ask any married woman. And there was an orphenage in New Haven, where abandoned kids were bring abused. So, it's not as bad today as it looks, folks. Yes, there are criminals amongst us today, and most of them are druggies knifing one abother, or in in politics, or they exploit the poor through the crime of minimun wage (how's you like to be a 60-year-old woman slopping coffee at the drivethru to jerks in SUVs.) But, you want to find a criminal? Check out the Islanders who ripped off the PNP. These lawyers and accountants well-connected civil servants make Phelan look like a rank amateur street punk.

There is no home invasion charge. That's slang for break and enter, assault / robbery which apparently has been laid.

Why is there no home invasion charges? he would get more then 2 years on that which is what should happen, i wish one of these home invaders could brake into my house so i could kill them, maybe that would deter the other losers in thinking about it.
