The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal has issued the following traffic advisories for Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012:
Kings County:
Loane Road Bridge – The Loane Road Bridge near Montague is reduced to one-way traffic. A weight restriction is also in place.
Brudenell – A weight restriction is in effect for the bridge in Brudenell Provincial Park.
Route 4 - Murray River – Construction along Route 4, beginning at the intersection of Route 24 and proceeding east, is now underway. One-way traffic will be maintained over the course of the project. Minor delays can be expected.
Queens County:
Wheatley River Bridge – Wheatley River Bridge on Rte 224 is restricted to one-lane traffic.
Glenfinnan Bridge – Traffic on the Glenfinnan Bridge on Route 21 (Fort Augustus Road) is reduced to one-lane traffic. A weight restriction is also in effect.
Route 1 - Flat River Bridge – The Flat River Bridge on Route 1 in Flat River is now under construction. One-way traffic will be maintained over the course of the project. It will be controlled by stop-and-go traffic signals. Minor delays can be expected.
