Island shoppers will soon have another option when Princess Auto opens its new store in Charlottetown in the spring.
Ken Larson, vice-president of retail operations for Princess Auto, said many shoppers from the Charlottetown area have been buying items through the company’s online catalogue or driven to Moncton to shop.
“That’s why we’re extremely excited as we prepare to open the doors to our newest store so these guests can experience our specialty product selections and helpful service team right in their own community,” he said.
The new Charlottetown store will feature products in the workshop, trailer, driveline, surplus and all-seasons departments.
Princess Auto expects to create 45-50 jobs when it opens its Charlottetown store.
