Military Blog Site - with Robby McRobb Blog

A Dec Weekend

CAnada My Country

Jeanette Arsenault Release

The news is full of Wilkileaks. Thankfully they have shut down the web site and  issued an arrest warrant via Interpol for the man who set it up. I really don’t understand his need  for Hacking into Government  web sites and stealing Diplomatic Messages, Sitreps , or notes from anyone working  on behalf of their respective countries.

Here at Home we learn more about the incredible corruption in Afghanistan. I have said for years that this is a given. Karzai is certainly a manipulative President, who was/is protected by the USA. Canada should cease immediately any monies that they have been giving his Government. We pay Afghan salaries and Canadians are drawing Unemployment. We build a massive Dam and Karzai’s team will be in control of water resources in the country. Certainly he will make millions on this, irrigation for the poppy growers and hence increasing the drug trade profits of Afghanistan.

Perhaps I am starting to change my mind. Pull Canada out, No trainers NADA. Let’s deploy our troops where they will do more good, to assist the downtrodden.

The Liberal Defence critic wants a full investigation into JTAF-2  This group of fine soldiers requires secrecy? They do not have to be investigated for the job they do. They do jobs that the majority of Canadians including politicians could not and would not do. So once again I ask the opposition to  keep their noses out of  Military business. Clean up the corruption.

On a nicer note I attach a PDF from Jeanette Arsenault the lady who wrote the song on behalf of Canada’s Invisible Army. She is PEI Acadian born and bred, a wonderful singer who cares about people and their lives.

Please show your Support for our Troops and their families.

Hi Robby, Just about through another all nighter here …… insomnia I guess. Thanks you as always for keeping on point re: Afghanistan corruption and most importantly taking to task wilileaks "staff" for shuffling on with their ceo!! It amazes me the gaul of some people and that also he has the gaul again to take Tom Flanagans words out of context and say he should be charged. Flanagan was using the word and comment re: assassinate him as a thought in passing that "almost" ALL of us do at some point in our lives. I will never understand how first any government would stand for one of their citizens carry out this type of action (wilileaks) and actually have it go on for so long! I agree with you also totally that our Forces could do better …… and actually be more appreciated then the likes of the Karsid's in this world. I will always stand with our Troops in whatever task they are committed to and yes back them always! Take care my friend and say a prayer or our Troops …….. God Bless & Merry CHRISTMAS …. a Canadian being politically correct … aye …….. Wayne Wannamaker
