Last Tuesday, the photo that accompanied my column about March’s “Lion and Lamb” garnered quite a few comments. I dug out the year-old photo from a file that I keep on my desktop. The next day, Ralphie’s owner, Leah Noye, reached out with an update and these insanely adorable photos.
“Oh Cindy, you made our day!! Thanks for sharing Ralphie's photo again. He and his sister, Pearle, are doing well and enjoying life on our little farm. He's not much of a fan of this baaaaad weather but makes the best of it!
…and no, I’m not crazy, lol, these lambs came to me quite by accident. I named them after my dear sweet grandparents, so as ewe can imagine, all my aunties adore these two.
They were COVID relief last year as they came to live here on March 6th - thus, the outfits for sending to my aunties to brighten everyone's day. It was my aunt Arlene who called me this morning all excited to see Ralphie in the Guardian!! Enjoy, keep up your amazing work with what you do!!”
