CINDY'S SNAPSHOT: Perfect picture of perigee moon

Barry Burgess headed out to Five Island NS on Wednesday, the day before the astronomical full moon, to capture this stunning photo.   Yesterday’s Full Flower Moon was at perigee- meaning closest to Earth for the month.  When this happens, the tides are noticeably higher; in combination with storms, flooding can occur.
