Where was this sunny weather last weekend? On the cooler, windy side of a stalled low off the Newfoundland coast.

The wind gusts were almost as impressive as the ways people prepared for them.  Rebecca Sly and her daughter were dressed for the weather in North Rustico, P.E.I., on Canada Day and they were not going to let Mother Nature mess with their plans…
