The northwest arm in Halifax is beautiful in all seasons, but last Monday morning, it was breathtaking.
Donna Brown snapped this photo from her apartment before the heat from the sun melted away the delicate needles. Moisture radiating from the open water skipped the water droplet stage and appeared as ice crystals or hoar frost, creating this dramatic and stunning scenery. Donna says “It is amazing how the weather can completely change the landscape.”
