Clouds are classified according to their height above and appearance from the ground. While on a walk around the Dingle seawall in Halifax, Tony O’Carroll spotted this cloud top that reminded him of the view of Mount Baker from Oak Bay, Victoria, B.C. As this cumulus congestus cloud drifted off, Mount Baker quickly disappeared. Tony said: I have never seen a cumulus cloud this shape and my first view of it was breathtaking - I don't think the photo does full justice to it”.
