March sun no match for an arctic breeze.

Don't expect a big warm-up today. A cold front, reaching back from the week-long weather maker over southern Labrador, has put a cap on today's daytime heating. A few flurries and an icy wind lead us into the final weekend of standard time. While the weekend weather looks fair, it's too soon for the spring jackets!
