PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND: Sounds of spring: chirping birds, followed by snow blowers?

A powerful storm is tracking up the Ohio Valley and will bring snow, rain, freezing rain and high winds to the Maritime Provinces on Thursday and to Newfoundland and Labrador on Friday.
