CHARLOTTETOWN: North wind for now, heat on the horizon

It’s unseasonably cool right now but there’s some late summer heat coming our way this weekend. The cold side of a fair-weather system is serving up a fresh fall breeze and triggering low clouds across the region. The wind will come around to the SW by the end of the week allowing temperatures to return to normal but Sunday is going to be sensational!
