CHARLOTTETOWN: Clearing today…rain returns Thursday

We’re in for improving conditions as a trough of low pressure pushes east of the region. Most of us will see some sun before the end of the day. A sunny midweek Wednesday will be followed by wind and rain. I continue to monitor a developing coastal low that has the potential to bring significant wind and some rain to our region.
