CHARLOTTETOWN: No sign of spring behind the rainmaker

The soggy system is moving out but don't expect things to warm up right away. A large high-pressure system to our west is pulling down some very cold air. The north will gust to 70 km/h on Wednesday then drop off to near 30 km/h on Thursday. The proximity of that cold high will, however, serve up a mix of sun and cloud as we head into the weekend. By Sunday a weather-maker will track north of the province and bring showers to wrap up the weekend.
