Steamy, soggy then back to sun

A low-pressure system that once was tropical storm Fay is moving into southeastern Labrador. Warm, humid air ahead of the system will serve up "feel-like" temperatures in the upper thirties this afternoon. A secondary low will develop in a trough reaching back from the once tropical system; it will spread rain from west to east Tuesday into Wednesday. A wind shift to the northeast behind the trough will bring cooler, less humid weather.
