Scotties begin today for P.E.I.'s MacPhee rink

PENTICTON, B.C. – Team P.E.I. begins play today at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Penticton, B.C.

The Robyn MacPhee-skipped rink from the Charlottetown Curling Complex plays Newfoundland and Labrador in the opening draw at 6 p.m. Atlantic. The squad, which includes third Sarah Fullerton, second Meaghan Hughes, lead Michelle McQuaid and coach Mitch O’Shea, plays Alberta Sunday at 1 p.m. and host British Columbia at 11 p.m.

Prince Edward Island’s pool also consists of Team Canada, Ontario, Quebec and Nunavut.
