Twenty-one former Eagles playing U Sports this season

SYDNEY, N.S. — The Cape Breton Eagles are well represented in U Sports this season with 21 former players suiting up for nine different universities.

Bradley Lalonde, Alexandre Gosselin, Anthony Beauchamp, Kyle Jessiman, Pascal Corbeil and Tyler Hylland are playing with Concorida, while Dillon Boucher and Duncan MacIntyre are dressing for Dalhousie.

Jordan Ty Fournier and Guillaume Gauthier are in the McGill lineup, while Mitchell Balmas and Bronson Beaton are wearing the Saint Mary's colours.

Alexandre Belanger, Samuel L'Italien, Alexis Sansfacon and Loik Leveille are playing with the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Meanwhile, Declan Smith and Roddie Sandilands are wearing the St. Francis Xavier jersey.

Ross MacDougall (Acadia), Wilson Forest (Moncton) and Olivier LeBlanc (University of New Brunswick) are also playing university hockey this season.
