SYDNEY, N.S. — A pair of Cape Breton Eagles players were named to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League team of the week on Monday.
Forward Egor Sokolov and defenceman Nathan Larose were among the players honoured on the team of the week.
Sokolov recorded five goals and two assists in three games, while Larose notched two goals and had a plus-8 rating in three games.
Former Eagle draft pick Luke Henman (Blainville-Boisbriand), Benjamin Tardif (Sherbrooke), Brendon Clavelle (Charlottetown) and Rémi Poirier (Gatineau) were also named to the team.
