The Rimouski Océanic received some goaltending help earlier this week.
The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League team welcomed back River Denys' Colten Ellis to their lineup on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old Ellis served as the club's backup to newly acquired goaltender Creed Jones, who stopped 18 of 19 shots in a 5-1 win over the Shawinigan Cataractes in Rimouski.
Ellis, a St. Louis Blues third-round draft pick last June, returned to the club's lineup after having surgery in early November for a nagging undisclosed injury.
In 15 games this season, Ellis has a 9-3-1-1 record, along with a 2.61 goals-against-average and a .905 save percentage.
