SYDNEY, N.S. — A pair of Cape Breton hockey players recently served suspensions in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.

Kameron Jr. Miners forward Dylan Morley and Eskasoni Eagles forward Antle Denny both served two-game suspensions.

Morley was handed the suspension for receiving his third head contact penalty of the year when the team played the Antigonish AA Munro Bulldogs on Feb. 14. His suspension was completed on Saturday.

Denny was also suspended for his third head contact penalty of the season when the team played the Pictou County Scotians last Thursday in Trenton. His suspension was completed on Sunday.

Both players will be eligible to return to their respective lineups when they begin the league playoffs this week against the Strait Pirates and Bulldogs, respectively.
