SYDNEY, N.S. — A pair of Cape Breton Dorados turned in top times at the New Brunswick Open Cup swim meet recently.
Hazel Clark placed first place in both the 12-and-under 100-metre and 200-metre freestyle. She also finished second in the 12-and-under 100-metre and 200-metre backstroke.
Lexie Quinn took home the gold medal in the female 13-14-year-old 50-metre and 100-metre freestyle. She won silver in the female 12-14 50-metre backstroke and the 13-14 200-metre individual medley. Quinn was also successful in capturing a bronze medal in the 13-14 100-metre butterfly.
