ANTIGONISH, N.S. – Daley Oddy scored 4:54 into overtime to lead the host St. FX X-Women to a 2-1 victory over the UPEI Panthers Sunday in Atlantic University Sport women’s hockey action.

Ashtyn Bartlett opened the scoring 1:34 into the second period for the visiting Panthers, but Oddy tied it midway through the frame for the conference leading X-Women.

Carley Molnar made 13 saves for the win while Megan Sullivan stopped 28 shots in the loss.

St. FX was 0-for-4 on the power play while UPEI didn't have an opportunity with the man advantage.

St. FX improved to 16-1-2 while UPEI lost its seventh game in overtime to fall to 4-9-7. The Panthers travel to Moncton Saturday for a 7 p.m. game.
