MONTREAL, QUE. – Charlottetown’s Martin Sobey was the top Canadian to finish the Montreal CAMTRI Sprint Triathlon American Cup.
He finished in 55 minutes, 47 seconds behind American Morgan Pearson, who won the event in 54:13. Sobey’s times were: 10:19 (swim), 26:47 (bike) and 16 minutes on the run.
His next race is the International Triathlon Union (ITU) triathlon world grand final, Sept. 12-16 in Queensland, Australia.
