CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – All participants in the P.E.I. Marathon are on the course.

The Grant Thorton full marathon runners left at 8 a.m. from the Brackley Beach Complex in the Prince Edward Island National Park while the rest of the participants left during a stagged start in downtown Charlottetown.
