MORELL, P.E.I. — The Morell Chevies jumped out to a 7-0 lead after two innings and cruised to a 10-0 win over the Northside Brewers Monday in Kings County Baseball League action.
Taylor Larkin threw five innings of four-hit ball for the win while striking out eight. Darcy Affleck threw the sixth inning. Eric Anderson took the loss, with Jayden MacLean relieving him in the third inning.
Scott Harper led the Chevy attack with three hits, while Logan Gallant added a two-run double. Nick Ryan and Brodie Hughes each had two hits for the Brewers.
