EDMUNDSTON, N.B. – Coleton Perry’s fast start to the 2018-19 MHL (Maritime Junior Hockey League) regular season continued Wednesday night.
The second-year forward scored both goals for the Campbellton Tigers in a 4-2 road loss to the Edmundston Blizzard. Perry, who is from North Bedeque and was named the game's third star, has recorded at least a point in all four of the Tigers’ regular-season games, and has five points – two goals and three assists.
In Truro, N.S., defenceman Dawson Grenier of Souris contributed a single assist in the Amherst Ramblers’ 5-0 victory over the Truro Bearcats. Grenier has two assists in four regular-season games.
Former Summerside D. Alex MacDonald Ford Western Capital Matt Williams recorded a 30-save shutout for the Ramblers.
