It didn’t take defenceman Noah Dobson of Summerside long to make an impact with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.
Dobson recorded three assists in his debut with the Huskies on Friday night – a 5-1 road win over the Moncton Wildcats on Friday night. Dobson was named the second star of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League game.
Jeremy McKenna of Summerside earned an assist on the Wildcats’ lone goal.
The Huskies, who hold a league-best record of 33-7-1 (won-lost-overtime losses), acquired Dobson from the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on Sunday.
Rouyn-Noranda visits Eastlink Centre to play the Charlottetown Islanders (25-11-3) on Saturday at p.m.
