Koughan shot a 77 on Monday at the Green Gables Golf Course to win the tour’s most recent stop.
He nabbed the opening event at the Countryview Golf Club and the second stop in Mill River, then finished in a three-way tie for first at the third stop late last month at Belvedere Golf Club.
Forty-four players participated in Monday’s windy, but sunny, day.
Gary Moore shot a 78, one stroke behind Koughan, followed by Steve MacIsaac (79) and Tony Perry (80). Donnie Brown, Garry Paton, George Stewart and Merlin Affleck all shot 81.
In the super senior category, Alan Montgomery led with a score of 79, beating Mike McCarville and Joey Brown by one who both shot 80, Bill Murphy and Ted MacFadyen had an 82 while Roger Perreaux tallied an 83.
The next event is Monday at Glasgow Hills Golf Club in New Glasgow.
