STRATFORD, P.E.I. – Ron Garrett and Joe Brown topped all golfers at the recent Experience Hyundai Senior Men's Golf Tour event at Fox Meadow Golf Club in Stratford.
Garrett had matching nines of 34 to shoot a blistering 68 to win the senior division by six strokes over Steve MacIsaac and Malcolm Reid, who each shot a 74. Shayne Hogan (76) and Al Aitken (77) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
Brown, in the super senior division, shot a 76 and edged out Mike Sullivan who shot a 77. George Stewart (80) was third, while Jamie Lund (81) finished fourth.
Next up, the Tour stops at Stanhope Golf and Country Club on Monday.
