Max Duggan threw for 265 yards and the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter, and he rushed for two more scores as TCU won a back-and-forth Big 12 battle with No. 15 Oklahoma State 29-22 in Fort Worth, Texas, on Saturday afternoon.

Duggan connected with Derius Davis on a 71-yard touchdown strike with 7:56 left to regain the lead at 27-22, and a two-point conversion pass to Quentin Johnston padded the cushion for the Horned Frogs (5-4, 5-4 Big 12). Davis finished with 139 yards receiving and Johnston had 114. Duggan rushed for 104 yards.

Spencer Sanders threw for 270 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys, but he was intercepted in the end zone late in the game. Dezmon Jackson rushed for 118 yards and a score and Tylan Wallace made seven catches for 92 yards, including a long touchdown, before leaving the game with an apparent leg injury.

Oklahoma State (6-3, 5-3) had two big chances to get a tying touchdown late in the game. The first ended when Trevon Moehrig picked off a pass from Sanders in the back of the end zone with 4:14 left. The Cowboys appeared to have a touchdown earlier in the drive, but Sanders stepped out of bounds at the 7 after a 13-yard run.

Then, after Duggan fumbled -- the Horned Frogs' fifth turnover of the game -- Oklahoma took over at the TCU 26 with 3:30 left. The Cowboys went backward on three plays, and an incompletion on fourth-and-12 ended the drive.

Oklahoma State had a last-gasp heave from the TCU 49 fall incomplete as time run out.

TCU piled up 501 yards of total offense to 418 for Oklahoma State.

Late in the third quarter, Wallace beat his man for a 55-yard touchdown as the Cowboys regained the lead, 22-21. Sanders' pass for the two-point conversion was incomplete.

Oklahoma State led 16-7 at halftime, but TCU scored touchdowns on its first two possessions of the third quarter. The first came when the Horned Frogs went for it on fourth down and Duggan rushed 42 yards for a touchdown to cap an 11-play, 75-yard drive.

After a quick three-and-out from Oklahoma State, TCU struck quickly, set up by a 46-yard pass from Duggan to Johnston. Four plays later, Zach Evans scored on a 1-yard run and the Frogs took a 21-16 lead.
